Project Controller for Finance and Project Management Support Do you want to work with project controlling and financial management? Would you like to work in a project department were we build warehouses for the future, including newest technologies, sustainability designs, and interdisciplinary cooperation across Novo Nordisk functions? Then you might be our new Project Controller. The position As project controller in our CapEx department New Warehouse Kalundborg, you will be responsible for several important project functions. Your main responsibility will be controlling our investment budget including: Maintaining, developing, monitoring, and executing cost controls in close collaboration with your stakeholders Managing costs related to schedule, project resources, progress reporting, and forecasting, all tied to risk management Create purchase orders and follow up on contracts Support Project Managers controlling their Work Packages Beside controlling our investment budget, you will also assist the Project Director with communication such as newsletters and information mails. Also, you will help creating professional power point presentations used for steering groups and general stakeholder information. You report directly to the Project Director and will work in a project environment, were we have daily close coordination with our colleagues. We appreciate a workday with high energy and good mood, always helping and supporting each other were needed. The position is mainly in Kalundborg, but we also have office facilities in Hillerød, where you optional can work ~2 days per week. Qualifications
We imagine that a successful candidate will have the following qualifications: An academic degree in a relevant field such as engineering, supply chain management, business administration, or a similar discipline A solid understanding of project management methodologies, tools, and techniques, allowing you to effectively understand project activities Demonstrate adept stakeholder management and communication skills Have strong skills in Power Point and Excel Fluent in English (written and verbal) As a person, you show proactivity, a service-minded mindset, and a can-do attitude. You are structured and work independently across a broad stakeholder landscape. Your structured approach allows you to maintain a broad overview while keeping an eye for the details. About the department We are part of Product Supply API Expansions, who are responsible for major CapEx projects related to new API facilities. New Warehouse Kalundborg is a department, focusing on implementing new internal warehouse capacity to meet future demands. We are newly established, and our job is to build a new green field warehouse in Kalundborg. Our department is located in Kalundborg, but we are frequently having meetings across sites. You will be a part of a newly established team, which consists of 12 dedicated colleagues, a team who takes care of each other and support each other.
