The position
As a Supply Chain Analyst, you are responsible for detecting, analysing and provide implementation support of optimisation project across our Supply Chain departments together with Project Managers and specialists. This translates into the following tasks:
The job entails stakeholder management, and you are responsible for timely and adequate information to stakeholders locally and globally during trial conduct.
You are expected to contribute to identifying and proactively engage in implementing standardization, optimization, and simplification of processes. The tasks in this job role requires a quality mindset.

Supply Chain Business Support & Monitoring (SCBS&Mon) is a key member of Supply Chain, bringing an analytical, data driven and strategic mindset to support, simplify and standardise processes and communication. Our responsibility is to ensure support to management areas where optimisation, standardisation or simplification of processes, measures of Supply Chain or new communication setups are needed. Our team was established in May 2022, hence there is room for influencing how we work, what we do socially and who we would like to be as a team. It is a mixed team containing both seniors and juniors with a great energy and collective feeling.

The position
As a Supply Chain Analyst, you are responsible for detecting, analysing and provide implementation support of optimisation project across our Supply Chain departments together with Project Managers and specialists. This translates into the following tasks:
- Develop business cases for projects
- Provide analytical knowledge and have a data driven approach to projects
- High stakeholder management efforts to ensure right process and fit towards strategies within Supply Chain
- Get a broad understanding of the whole Supply Chain of Novo Nordisk
- Interaction and alignment with our global Supply Chain areas – International Operations and North American Operations

You are expected to contribute to identifying and proactively engage in implementing standardization, optimization, and simplification of processes. The tasks in this job role requires a quality mindset.
Qualifications
In addition, we like to see that you:
- Hold a master’s degree within supply chain, business or the like and preferably have 0-3 years of experience from a similar role.
- Preferably have experience with analysing a large amount of data
- Preferably have experience with supporting optimisation Projects
- Advantage to have experience with Tableau, Alteryx, Power BI/apps
- Advantage to have experience within SAP or other big data systems
- Great in communicating and engaging with stakeholders
- High energy and positive attitude
- Strong drive and persistence
- Thrives in unexpected situations
