You could be the Senior Supply Chain Partner we are looking for to help us in our mission to create a new Supply Chain function within Contract Manufacturing, Sourcing, Devices and Sustainability (CSDS). The position As Senior Supply Chain Partner, you will be driving strategy and establishing decision-making processes across central and local supply chain teams throughout short, mid, and long-term planning horizons to standardise functions. This is a highly visible role offering a great opportunity to make a big impact within our business. Your responsibilities will include:
  • Building and securing a portfolio management approach for supply chain development activities across the CSDS Supply Chain Network, including alignment, prioritization, resource allocation, etc.
  • Driving transparency, strategy, and governance of inventory and warehousing management in close collaboration with local and central supply chain teams
  • Taking the lead in identifying opportunities for improvement in supply chain planning and ensuring they are effectively integrated into the organization
  • Contributing to our organizational efforts to streamline and digitalize supply chain processes, such as defining roles & responsibilities, performance management, etc.
  • There is also the possibility for periodic travel to various local sites across Denmark. Qualifications To be considered for this position, we imagine you:
  • Hold at least a bachelor’s degree and a background on business administration, finance, project management, manufacturing, engineering, supply chain, procurement, or any other relevant field.
  • Have applied experience in supply chain in a planning, business partnering, facilitating, or project management role.
  • Possess expertise in preparing business cases, facilitating workshops, leading stakeholder meetings, and delivering process improvement or continuous improvement projects.
  • Showcase good stakeholder management skills across functions and seniority levels, coupled with self-motivation and a problem-solving mindset.
  • Are fluent in English at a business level both written and spoken.
  • As a person, you are motivated by driving change and continuous improvement. You are dedicated, take initiative, and like to be challenged. You thrive in working in a matrix organisation and enjoy engaging with multiple stakeholders. You can facilitate and create collaboration across stakeholders at different levels within the organization. You are flexible, able to adopt an agile approach and pivot quickly to align to changing business needs. About the Department Contract Manufacturing & Sourcing, Devices & Sustainability (CSDS) is an area with more than 2,400 employees spanning Denmark, Japan, Algeria, Iran, and Russia. CSDS is responsible for device, needle, contract and local manufacturing, as well as sourcing and sustainability across Product Supply. You will join CSDS Business Support as Supply Chain Partner and contribute to the creation of a newly established Supply Chain function supporting CSDS business areas to accomplish their goals across short, mid and long-term planning horizons.
