If so, then you could be our new Capacity Partner we are looking for to join our Global Contract Manufacturing Drug Product (GCM DP) Supply Chain team. The position As Capacity Partner, you will be responsible for driving processes and discussions related to GCM DP network capacities that are essential for securing a steady supply of medicine to our patients worldwide. Your key responsibilities include: Driving and supporting mid- and long-term capacity planning processes in GCM DP Collecting data, creating insights and proposing recommendations related to our global contract manufacturing network production capacities Analysing and preparing production related business cases for management and facilitating required discussions Creating management decision making material and communication packages towards our global stakeholders You will be working closely together with our primary stakeholders in Novo Nordisk central supply chain organisation. Qualifications To be considered for this position, we imagine you have: At least a bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Operations Management, Supply Chain, or any other relevant field A minimum of 5 years of experience in planning obtained within manufacturing, supply chain, or operations management in an international organization Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously Excellent stakeholder and change management skills with the ability to effectively introduce new ways of working and continuous improvements Fluency in English, both written and spoken It would be considered as an advantage if you have a previous experience within a highly regulated industry (such as pharmaceutical, medical devices, food, automotive industries for example) and a knowledge of Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP). On a personal level, you have exceptional interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships with stakeholders at all levels. You are capable to adapt to changing priorities and work in a fast-paced environment while providing excellent support to colleagues across the organisation. You possess excellent written and verbal communication skills and enjoy working both independently and as part of a team. About the department GCM DP Supply Chain is responsible for establishing supply chains for new Contract Manufacturers (CMOs) and manages purchase planning for existing CMOs. An integrated part of this is the capacity planning, production forecasting & reporting. We work closely with colleagues in the rest of GCM DP, Contract Manufacturers and stakeholders from within the central supply chain organization. Our team consists of highly skilled and motivated professionals dedicated to contributing to the area and business, ultimately serving our patients in need of our medicine. We are currently based in Søborg but moving to Høje Tåstrup by the end of 2024. Working at Novo Nordisk
