Senior Project Manager

The position

We are looking for a Senior Project Manager who will spearhead the digital and global transformation of our supply chain planning processes, by driving the implementation of our new global planning system (OMP) at our SVP area of Contract Manufacturing, Sourcing, Devices and Sustainability (CSDS). Your responsibilities will include:

  • Map existing planning processes, stakeholders and needs across CSDS working together with the business areas and identify gaps with the OMP standard
  • Set up, align, and drive project plan, governance, deliverables and clear roles and responsibilities across the CSDS and with the central OMP team
  • Help define the future processes in collaboration with the business areas within the frame of OMP
  • Secure successful roll-out of OMP in CSDS with clear alignment on expectations with Senior Management having a proactive approach to manage risks, actions, issues, and decisions
  • Lead project through the different stages of implementation in CSDS
  • Drive change management journey for the SVP area to secure buy-in and alignment on new ways of working across the organization

Qualifications

As a person, you are motivated by driving change and enjoy engaging with multiple stakeholders. You are ambitious, take initiative, and like to be challenged. In addition, you also:

  • Hold a master’s degree within a relevant field of study.
  • Have 7 to 10 years of experience working with project management and/or management consulting with international organizations
  • Have experience and/or interest in supply chain processes and/or roll-out of IT systems
  • Have strong problem-solving skills and can set direction with a structured approach
  • Can facilitate and create collaboration
  • Can communicate complexity in simple terms for decision-making
  • Are fluent in English at a business level both written and oral

About the Department

Contract Manufacturing & Sourcing, Devices & Sustainability (CSDS) is an area with more than 2,400 employees spanning Denmark, Japan, Algeria, Iran and Russia. CSDS is responsible for device, needle, contract and local manufacturing, as well as sourcing and sustainability across Product Supply.

You will join CSDS Business Support as Senior Project Manager and contribute to the creation of a newly established Supply Chain function supporting CSDS business areas to accomplish their goals across short, mid and long-term planning horizons.
