The position
You will report to the VP of DSCM and your key areas of responsibilities include, but not limited to:
• Develop new or improved processes and tools to support change management development and implementation with the highest quality and efficiency to enable a high performing CMO team
• Partner to develop the DSI culture, diversity and inclusion practises, organizational and overall leadership development
• Oversee the develop and implementation of change management plans – including branding communication, roadmap, leadership development and overall training plan, and any other areas as required
• Can identify and address risks for change management
• Aligns and facilitate change management with partners across disciplines and areas, including e.g. R&ED, Development, Commercial, Global IT, P&O, and Finance to also ensure that messages conform to company guidelines
• Develop meaningful, trusting relationships with internal and external stakeholder to drive innovation, anticipating changes in the customer behaviour landscape and adjusting the strategic direction accordingly
The position is part of our Change Management Office (CMO) which offers you a unique opportunity focused in research and pre – clinical up to Phase 1), to be a strong and visible driver of change with a wide range of internal stakeholders in R&ED, Development and Commercial which will significantly impact digitalisation of Novo Nordisk in early research.
Qualifications
The ideal candidate has along with an excellent communication and presentation skills the following:
• Graduate degree or equivalent (ideally organizational development, communications, business, or similar)
• Expertise on tried and tested methodologies in the change process and how this impacts internally and externally
• Prosci® ADKAR experience and Prosci® certification is strongly preferred, strong background of change management including communications in pharma, life science or biotech is a must with specific proven experience in digitalisation of early research and drug discovery
• Deep understanding of the R&D value chain or digital science and innovation disciplines (e.g. automation, data infrastructure, data management, data science, external activities and scientific intelligence) is an advantage
• Direct experience of managing cross-functional initiatives with multiple stakeholders
About the department
This Digital Strategy & Change Management area is driving our digital transformation based on robust strategic thinking, portfolio management of digital projects, utilization of a project and change management to ensure that we can amplify and accelerate scientific innovation. We are currently looking for people with skills in these areas that can join our digital journey.
The DSCM team will drive and project manage the development and implementation of strategies We will also support portfolio management across DSI and within the respective digital science and innovation disciplines (e.g. automation, data infrastructure, data management, data science, external activities and scientific intelligence).
