Are you an experienced Personal Assistant who enjoys playing an active role in planning, coordinating various activities? If yes, join us by applying for the position as Personal Assistant to CVP of GPOS Operations. The position As our new PA, you will coordinate various initiatives and ensure alignment across GPOS Operations. The overall purpose of the position is to support the CVP of GPOS Operations as well as the Business Support function reporting to the CVP. You will support with a wide range of administrative and organisational activities and processes as well as extensive budgetary activities. Some of your tasks and responsibilities will be: Role model NN Behaviours and have focus on well-being and inclusion Calendar management etc. for CVP Prepare agendas, material, and action follow-up within GPOS Operations Management team Update and maintain shared tools eg.TEAMS sites Facilitate and coordinate activities related to the budget and reporting for the area Event management for the GPOS Operations management team Actively collaborate with the PA management team in the broader area of Centres of Excellence and Services (CES) in driving cross departmental collaboration and engagement. Qualifications In this role, you should be able to work independently and handle multiple tasks, priorities and meet deadlines. Ideally you have several years of experience as a personal assistant, administrative assistant or similar. You to skilfully navigate in a highly diverse multicultural environment taking into consideration cultural ability to interact professionally and confidently with stakeholders at all levels. As a person, you have a positive ‘can do’ attitude and an agile mindset. You are excellent at building relationships and networking across organisational levels. You are result orientated, structured, and can communicate with impact. In addition, you have a global mindset and a good cultural understanding. Proficiency in both written and spoken English is required. About the department Global P&O Services Operations is anchored in the area called Centres of Excellence and Services within Global People & Organisation.
