Executive Assistant to Senior Vice President Do you like the sound of Digital, Data, and IT? Do you want to sit close to where the decisions are made and be a key contributor to shaping the future strategy, driving the management agenda, and executing specific business critical projects? We are looking for an Executive Assistant to represent and support the Senior Vice President (SVP) of Digital, Data & IT (DD&IT). Reporting to the SVP, you can look forward to a diverse role close to the table of decisions with interactions across the entire value chain, with stakeholders at many levels on high-profile projects and activities. What’s the role?
As Executive Assistant, you will be responsible for representing the SVP area of Digital, Data and IT and assist the SVP and the management team in driving the area’s cross-organisational activities in accordance with the strategic agendas and targets. As part of your daily work, you will get to work with key tasks such as:
  • Supporting the management team in developing and executing the strategy of Digital, Data and IT
  • Sparring with, and supporting the SVP on the development of the area
  • Running internal projects as well as driving reporting to the Executive Vice President, Executive Management and Board of Directors.
  • You will be an active member of the management team interacting with broad portfolio of stakeholders especially outside of DD&IT, across the value chain and at all organisational levels and you will have a high degree of exposure to leaders across Novo Nordisk.  Do you have what it takes? For this role, we like you to have a master’s degree in Computer Science/Engineering , Business Administration or related. Additionally, you have a minimum of 8 years of experience in Digital & IT, preferably within the pharma industry, with emphasis on driving strategies and projects. Moreover, we like you to tick off most of the following:
  • You have solid experience in strategic planning and/or project coordination and the ability to effectively prioritise, execute and follow up in a proactive and timely manner.
  • You have great networking skills and understanding of stakeholder management in complex organisations.
  • You are self-motivated, result oriented, always raising the bar for yourself and capable of learning from you mistakes.
  • You have a strong cross-functional partnering mindset and excellent communication and people skills. You have a well-structured approach to your tasks, take responsibility, have a high-quality approach and can maintain an overview also under time pressure.
  • You are highly independent yet having a collaborative approach, flexible and proactive. You are fluent in English and a skilled MS Office user.
