Then take on this unique development opportunity and apply for the Executive Assistant role supporting the Senior Vice President of Product Supply, Quality & IT Finance. The position
You will have a key role in driving strategic initiatives within Finance across Product Supply, Quality & IT. This happens in close collaboration with the Senior Vice President and the management team. The job entails that you:
  • Are part of the Senior Vice President management team and efficiently drive management meetings
  • Support strategy development and execution of our Global Finance Strategy
  • Drive projects and ad-hoc tasks for the Senior Vice President and the management team
  • Prepare presentations and communication for various events
  • Contribute to Product Supply, Quality & IT Finance still being a great place to work
  • Not two days will be similar. You will collaborate across many parts of Novo Nordisk allowing you to develop fast and build a strong network across the company.   • A master's degree in economics, business administration or similar.
  • Experience within finance, executive support, consulting or similar.
  • Preferable experience with strategy and/or project management and exposure to senior stakeholders.
  • Ability to break down problems, structure processes and create top-down communication.
  • Fluency in both written and spoken English on a professional level.
  • About the department
    You will be working closely with the Senior Vice President and the management team, driving strategic initiatives within the finance community across the entire Product Supply, Quality & IT division in Novo Nordisk. The division includes more than 25.000 employees and is responsible for supplying products for all therapeutic areas, executing capacity investments, quality assurance of all Novo Nordisk activities and for providing an efficient and agile IT platform.
    You will be a part of the finance function which consists of around 90 people represented with around 15 nationalities and acts as a center of excellence in financial planning, business controlling, productivity insights, production accounting, investment finance, engineering sourcing and financial compliance.
