The Position The primary role of our new Senior Process Improvement Professional is to drive and implement projects that focuses on changing the way people work to optimize workflow processes. The ideal candidate has superior people skills and acts as a motivator to help change people behaviour across processes and systems. Responsibility includes guiding the organisation to success by preparing, implementing and follow-through. Your key areas of responsibility will be to:
  • Define process/change scope, goals to be reached, expected deliverables, stakeholder mapping, estimated cost and secure implementation.
  • Secure utilisation of new systems/ways of working.
  • Develop detailed implementation plan incl. implementation metrics.
  • Consider all stakeholders impacted by the planned change (including decision-makers, the implementation team, and users), and define how they will be informed and enabled on new technologies.
  • Set direction and deliver results that have a significant impact within the context of a wider operational area.
  • Master and stay updated on process- and change management tools and working methods.
  • Qualifications To succeed in this role, you have:
  • Strong interpersonal skills.
  • Empathy – easy to talk to and engage with the team and stakeholders.
  • Motivated by succeding through others.
  • Ability to take initiative.
  • Ability to work independently, and to handle conflicts.
  • Project management skills.
  • Master with minimum 5 years of relevant experience within process- and change management. Experience within pharma, life science or biotech is beneficial. A high degree of flexibility as the tasks are both multiple and variable and the priority of projects may change. Excellent communication and presentation skills in spoken and written English. About the department The Digitalisation & Process Improvement unit is a small team within the Devices & Delivery Solutions (DDS) area of the Development unit in Novo Nordisk. Our responsibility is to define and implement digitalisation & process improvements for DDS to make us work smarter and more data oriented. We develop and establish standards and methodologies to drive continuous improvements and automation across DDS. We are the drivers of both identifying, developing/optimizing, and implementing on a pipeline and portfolio of improvement initiatives. We communicate and visualize progress across DDS. We work to build an attractive community of data, digital and scientific professionals and foster a strong DIGITAL CULTURE for our multidisciplinary delivery teams that collaborate across Development and IT areas.
