You will report to the Head of Change Management Office (CMO), and your key areas of responsibilities include, but are not limited to: Preparing change management plans and execute accordingly. Selecting and applying change management tools and templates. Experience with deliverables and activities within change analysis, communication, and training. Being assigned to one or more projects at the same time as required while working credibly and in partnership with the Project Manager and similar roles. Ensuring that change initiatives maintain their business focus. Identifying and managing risks related to change management on your assignments. Participating in the change management capability building along with your peers. Supporting the development of the culture, diversity, and inclusion practises. Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you have: Relevant graduate degree or equivalent with a minimum of 3 years of experience within Change Management. Change Management certification such as Prosci preferred. Experience with preparing basic types of change management deliverables such as case for change, stakeholder analysis, plans for communication and training. Ability to interact with multiple stakeholders across levels and disciplines. Experience from the pharmaceutical industry and/or management consulting is preferred but not a requirement. Understanding of agile methodology is a plus. Proficiency in both spoken and written English. Excellent communication and presentation skills. About the department
Digital Strategy & Change Management (DSCM) is anchored in the established Digital Science & Innovation (DSI) organisation within Research & Early Development at Novo Nordisk. DSI is supporting the digital journey across all our therapy areas in R&ED. In DSI, we work in multidisciplinary teams – in strong collaboration with all areas across R&ED and R&ED IT. We participate in drug development projects across the value chain, from early discovery to pre-clinical development. We engage in external collaborations to ensure access to the latest research and technology enablers, and we automate our labs and processes, and we focus on developing and retaining top talent. In the DSCM team specifically, we are driving our digital transformation based on robust strategic thinking, portfolio management of digital projects, utilization of a project and change management to ensure that we can amplify and accelerate scientific innovation. The position is anchored in our Change Management Office (CMO) which is a branch of DSCM. Here we support strategic initiatives within DSI on an organisational level by driving activities such as the anchoring of the DSI change narrative or executing awareness campaigns about topics supporting our 2025 aspirations and 2023 strategic priorities. We are also involved on a DSI Portfolio level supporting key digitalisation initiatives that will significantly impact stakeholders across R&ED where our primary focus is ensuring user adoption and usage. In DSCM, we are a tight-knit unit characterised by an informal atmosphere, with emphasis on a fun, collaborative, and engaging working environment.
