The Position The primary role of this position is to scope, timely plan and proper execute the digitalisation and process improvement projects. Your key areas of responsibility will be to:
  • Drive definition of project scope, goals to be reached, expected deliverables, stakeholder mapping, estimated cost and timeline.
  • Secure project approval with relevant governance.
  • Optimize ways of working focusing on digitalisation and process improvements.
  • Identify risks and mitigate actions in the execution process.
  • Complete the project, ensure organisational impact, and identify next steps.
  • Share results and learnings with relevant stakeholders, from opinion leaders to senior management and within the team.
  • Understand and be able to deploy digital solutions focusing on data, performance, quality, and usability. Implement new digital tools & methods.
  • Qualifications To succeed in this role, you have:

  • Ability to work independently, and to handle conflicts.
  • Strong knowledge within IT and digitalisation.
  • Master with minimum 5 years of relevant experience within digital project management. Experience within pharma, life science or biotech is beneficial. A high degree of flexibility as the tasks are both multiple and variable and the priority of projects may change. Excellent communication and presentation skills in spoken and written English. About the department The Digitalisation & Process Improvement unit is a small team within the Devices & Delivery Solutions (DDS) area of the Development unit in Novo Nordisk. Our responsibility is to define and implement digitalisation & process improvements for DDS to make us work smarter and more data oriented. We develop and establish standards and methodologies to drive continuous improvements and automation across DDS. We are the drivers of both identifying, developing/optimizing, and implementing on a pipeline and portfolio of improvement initiatives. We communicate and visualize progress across DDS. We work to build an attractive community of data, digital and scientific professionals and foster a strong DIGITAL CULTURE for our multidisciplinary delivery teams that collaborate across Development and IT areas.
