We are seeking an enthusiastic individual to join our newly established department; this is both an exciting time and opportunity for you to join. As a Global Distribution Professional, you will undertake a range of responsibilities to which this position allows you to have the chance to really convey your skills and expertise and show your capabilities. We are looking to hire an individual with either practical transport experience or theoretical knowledge within logistics, or within a similar/relevant background. If you feel you have the right knowledge or experience and enjoy working with initiative and dedication this could be the right opportunity for you. Where we are a newly established department, you will be joining a small team which has exciting growth plans for the near future, being a team-oriented person is essential!
Service Service Operations Warehouse & Distribution
The department is a newly established department within the Service Supply Chain organization. The position will report to the Manager of Global Distribution. The department will consist of a manager and four transport specialists/professionals. The team will work across the Service Supply Chain organization with a focus on the Global Warehouse & Distribution organization to optimize the solutions for the Service business.

Service Service Operations Warehouse & Distribution
The department is a newly established department within the Service Supply Chain organization. The position will report to the Manager of Global Distribution. The department will consist of a manager and four transport specialists/professionals. The team will work across the Service Supply Chain organization with a focus on the Global Warehouse & Distribution organization to optimize the solutions for the Service business.
Responsibilities
- Move transport cost reduction across the Service Supply Chain
- Propel delivery performance improvements
- Secure service requirements in the transport management system
- Identify opportunities for improvements within the supply chain
- Develop and implement robust systems to meet the ambitious targets
- Create a fact-based overview of opportunities for improvement based on stakeholder feedback and obstacles
Qualifications
- Relevant educational background at minimum Bachelors level within Logistics or Supply Chain Management, Engineering or similar
- You might be a recent graduate or have a few years of experience with a relevant area
- Strong analytical, structured and fact-based approach
- English on negotiation level
