About the department
In Corporate Facilities, with 260 employees, we enable Novo Nordisk to focus on the core business by delivering simple and agile solutions for infrastructure, workplaces, utilities and facility services as well as a major building portfolio.
In the Real Estate & Joint operations team we are 5 colleagues working closely together with other corporate functions, technical specialists, finance and senior stakeholders across all of Novo Nordisk. Focus is on managing our real estate assets, driving the governance setup including our site boards and ensuring cross functional coordination through the strategic site development plans

The job
With direct reference to our Corporate Vice President, it is your responsibility to drive and coordinate six site coordination forums and our two house owner’s associations heading up meeting planning, ensuring alignment of meeting material as well as following-up on actions. This is not an easy task and it requires you to find the balance between great stakeholder management and the ability to be firm, direct and collaborative at the same time.
You will be challenged on a daily basis as the complexity is high and your ability to easily adapt and learn new things is the key to success. You always need to have the bigger picture in mind, but at the same time you need to have an eye on the details. Your stakeholder landscape includes senior level management in Novo Nordisk and will give you great exposure and insights into the priorities and business processes in Corporate Facilities and in Novo Nordisk and quickly become an important go-to person in central matters for the business.
Furthermore, you will be responsible for driving the development of strategic site development plans for our Danish sites, take lead on enforcing governance, and foster strong collaboration to ensure alignment of priorities across facility-related matters, business needs, and our environmental strategy.
Finally, you will be responsible for driving analysis and providing business support across Corporate Facilities.
Qualifications
You hold a master’s degree with excellent results and you have at least 2 years of experience with coordination and alignment across multiple areas of high complexity. You thrive in an ambitious environment where results are important, and you can work independently.
You have strong analytical skills and show a strong sense of responsibility, fully owning your work tasks while driving performance and continuous improvement. As a person you are known for your integrity and your strong interpersonal skills enabling you to create trust with your stakeholders. You are pro-active and ensure timely delivery and high quality. You can handle complexity and know how to make things simple and understandable to people at all levels in the organisation.
You must be an excellent communicator in English and Danish and demonstrate flawless writing skills.
