The Coloplast Global Graduate Programme is a three-year full-time programme. A talent programme for top students with a potential and drive for leadership.
The programme alternates between 18 months at our HQ in Denmark and 18 months in a global subsidiary. During this time, we guarantee that you’ll get to dive into your field of interest, take on key responsibilities and see the results of your work.
And after completing the Global Graduate Programme, you can look forward to continuing your journey with us on a permanent contract.
Welcome to Coloplast’s commercial control room
Starting 1 September 2020, you become part of Group Development & Strategy at our HQ in Humlebæk. More specifically, you will join the young and ambitious Commercial Development team consisting of 2 Managers and 2 Senior Managers. Together, you drive priority projects for our local markets appointed by Coloplast’s Executive Management – meaning you will have direct access to our CEO.
For the second part of the programme, you will get to embark on an adventure at one of our global subsidiaries. With your skills and interests in mind, we will find a relevant role and location for you – probably in the USA, China, England, France or Germany which comprise our biggest markets.
Drive key development projects with our markets
You will take on a steep learning curve and be mentored and equipped to run projects of your own already within the first 18 months of the programme. The projects you participate in, and eventually manage yourself, might for example be aimed at developing a go-to-market strategy, a turnaround strategy or an acquisition plan for a specific market. This will take you travelling approx. 60-90 days within the first 18 months to collaborate closely with the market in question.
Thus, you can look forward to spending your time:

You like working with numbers, large data samples and Excel sheets. Meanwhile, you are just as excited about collecting input, interviewing and working with colleagues across cultures and departments and presenting your findings to and building relationships with top management.

- Conducting data analyses and processing market share data or sales force performance data, typically in Excel, to identify issues and opportunities
- Interviewing colleagues and external stakeholders from the markets in question to thoroughly assess the issue
- Presenting project conclusions, solutions and plans to Executive Management by making engaging PowerPoint stories
- Manage projects on a day-to-day basis together with senior colleagues
- Contributing to the annual business planning process by developing Excel templates and processing forecasts from our markets
