Are you passionate about modernizing Decentralized Clinical Trials? We are looking for a Delivery Manager to be part of a growing team creating bespoke digital solutions supporting our drug development processes. The position offers a unique opportunity to impact how we collect data in a seamless way in clinical trials which will enable us to get important new medicines to patients faster.

You will work with many different stakeholders and colleagues across the organization, and you will be expected to proactively drive your projects forward and leverage our solutions and gathering insights in the continuous strive to improve our product and processes to provide a high-quality solution for both caregivers and patients.

The position

In the ePID (electronic Patient Interaction Device) Delivery team, you will be in a outwards facing role representing ePID in your assigned clinical trials and you will coordinate daily activities between the ePID development and delivery teams to our customers.

You are delivering fit-for-purpose trial-level configuration requirements of complex trial level requirements into concrete User research needs and/or User Story discovery/refinement together with the ePID Product team and product owners, and you are authoring the necessary regulatory required documents and artefacts for submission of clinical trial results.

About the department

You will join a dynamic and diverse team, ePID with the aim to enable and accelerate digital transformation across all areas of Development by developing cutting edge digital solutions to support the business.

The team is a key player in collecting medical and scientific documentation for clinical submissions and authorities adhering to global standards, regulations, and business ethics. We cover a broad range of areas including automation of processes, operational data insights and better exploration and use of clinical data.

We are a passionate and engaged team responsible for the activities and initiatives in close collaboration with many key stakeholders in the development organization. We challenge status quo, trying to make today a little better than yesterday.

Qualifications

You have proven project management skills with a very good working knowledge of MS Office. If you are familiar MS Azure, or even Agile/DevOps methodologies it would be amazing. If you come with a background from Clinical Trial Management or Data Management, it will help you a lot in transition into the role. It´s an advantage if you have working knowledge about Software development principles.

You are well organized and deliver on commitment. You are pragmatic and comes with a positive approach to solve problems around you. You are not afraid to ask questions and you can work independently and appreciate that we are an organization that delivers upon promise and never sacrifice quality. Since you are in a outward facing role, excellent people skills are a necessity.

You have strong command of English, written and verbally.

You are eager to learn and curious to understand the needs of stakeholders/team members with a different background than your own. You appreciate that the only success that counts, is if we as a team succeed.
