The position
As a Scrum Master in the ePID Product Management team, you will own the software development process and ceremonies. As part of a diverse, passionate, and supportive team, you will drive various software development activities and become an integral part of the electronic Patient Interaction Device (ePID) Management team. ePID - is an industry-leading e-device solution for connecting clinical trial participants, HCPs, and Novo Nordisk during clinical trial execution.
Your key responsibilities will include:
The ideal candidate will be able to lead and coach the wider organization in Scrum adoption and the cultural change needed to support its successful implementation. The candidate will also work closely with other Scrum Masters in the community of practice (CoP) in Novo Nordisk.
Qualifications
The ePID Scrum Team are highly experienced within the software development domain, therefore we are looking for a candidate who has significant Scrum Master experience.

The position
As a Scrum Master in the ePID Product Management team, you will own the software development process and ceremonies. As part of a diverse, passionate, and supportive team, you will drive various software development activities and become an integral part of the electronic Patient Interaction Device (ePID) Management team. ePID - is an industry-leading e-device solution for connecting clinical trial participants, HCPs, and Novo Nordisk during clinical trial execution.
Your key responsibilities will include:
- Coaching the Scrum Team in self-organization and cross-functionality whilst also driving the team towards high-value output and removing impediments along the way.
- Supporting the Scrum Team in becoming agile as defined in the Scrum Guide while adhering to the regulatory requirements.
- Training the team and facilitating Scrum theory, practices, rules, and values as well as co-developing the Agile processes.
- Supporting the Product Owner by ensuring common understanding within the Scrum Team regarding the Product domain, goals and scope.
- Assisting the Product Owner with backlog management, helping to maximize value driven prioritization and ensuring concise Product Backlog Items (PBI), estimation, planning and delivery of each PBI.
The ideal candidate will be able to lead and coach the wider organization in Scrum adoption and the cultural change needed to support its successful implementation. The candidate will also work closely with other Scrum Masters in the community of practice (CoP) in Novo Nordisk.

It is essential that you have interpersonal skills and know how to differentiate your communication skills to achieve results together with others.
- Finally, you can communicate fluently in English, both verbally and in writing.
