The position
We are currently looking for our next HR Business Partner. As our HR Business Partner, you will be entering a rapidly growing young company and organization, in which you will get to play a key role in improving and developing our HR procedures, so they successfully align and support MiRs strategy and corporation. You will become a part of an international concern group where you will be working closely on pivotal HR initiatives with both the local CEO and concern.

Key responsibilities:

  • Ensure the development and management of organizational performance and transparency on vital KPI’s for the company.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of our strategy in business operations.
  • Organize and facilitate changes and processes in close cooperation with management.
  • Contribute to adjusting our business design as the company undergoes organizational changes.
  • Formulate strategies and plans for the execution of employee and manager growth.
  • Formulate strategies and plans to attract and sustain employees in corporation with the talent acquisition management.
  • Facilitate and participate in the recruitment of new managers.
  • Initiate and drive the execution of organizational processes – including staff development interviews, job satisfaction surveys, organizational review, successions planning, salary reviews, and other matters.
  • Develop and update personnel policies as well as assuring the communication and internal anchoring of this within the organization.
  • Develop and update procedures for retirement benefit plans and bonuses.
  • Be up to date with agreements and rules – including employment terms and conditions.

Success criteria:

  • That the HR processes support the strategies both internally and within the concern as the organization develops and grows.
  • That you become a vital contributor to the management team both in the short and long run.

The candidate
We expect that you:

  • As a person, are empathic with an analytical and strategical mindset.
  • Are dynamic, independent, and able to take initiative whilst being including, motivational, and respectful towards your colleagues.
  • Have a solid HR knowledge and tool kit grounded in experiences from a similar job in a larger global organization.
  • Have experience with working with both specialists and managers on different levels.
  • Have solid IT competencies and a familiarity with working digitally all around.
  • Have knowledge of the most common agreements, laws, terms, and conditions within the field of HR.
  • Can maintain overview even when it is busy.
  • Contribute to a high information level whilst including the entire organization.
  • Contribute to creating a bridge between the stakeholders.
  • Contribute to creating a good environment and energy.
  • Master both Danish and English verbally and written.

Travel activity
Approx. 10 % travel days outside Denmark
