The position
Digital Factory Data is a necessary enablement project for all of Product Supply (PS) to succeed with the many manufacturing intelligence and other data heavy projects going across sites. When we enable data in new data lakes or other central sources, a clear local ownership must exist to ensure future useability, longevity, and trustworthiness of data. To enable quick rollout to all sites across Product Supply a “training concept, not requiring trainers present at all times” is being created.
It is important to understand our audience, know who and when to reach out to and creating a collaborative environment. Data governance is a product that enables all system products in the digital strategy, as well as it is depending on practical tools where data can be monitored.
You’ll act as the Product Manager for three project tracks to ensure aligned vision, stakeholder management, good collaboration, etc., and you will, of course follow up on the overall budget.
Your key responsibilities are:
Identify requirements for tools that can support execution of data governance together with the team. Bring those requirements for LoB verification and ensure they and the timeline is anchored in the tool development

You will join the Product Supply Manufacturing Intelligence area (PS MI) in Bagsværd/DK. We are more than 30 digital experts collaborating and co-creating with deep knowledge colleagues in the Novo Nordisk’s Manufacturing processes. We are working across SVP areas and supports the entire global network of manufacturing sites in product supply. The area is divided in four departments with the main capabilities of: Data science, UX & Innovation, Programme Management and Development.

Your key responsibilities are:
- Defining the vision with the BO and translate it to the relevant PI (Plant Information) objectives including benefits.
- Act as a primary liaison between NN Quality, Global IT and all production areas
- Evaluate progress and set pace.
- Oversee the development and ensure the link to the strategy.
- Dependency mapping, alignment, and coordination.
- Maintaining product backlog and prioritise needs.
- Map and understand the end user needs.
- Plan and engage stakeholders through other meetings system, demos, and sprint reviews.
Identify requirements for tools that can support execution of data governance together with the team. Bring those requirements for LoB verification and ensure they and the timeline is anchored in the tool development
Qualifications
- You hold an academic degree in Engineering, Business Administration, IT, Data Management, Digitalisation or similar.
- You have experience from pharma production either on Manager-level in the industry or as a Consultant/Project Manager with a track record in large cross organizational projects with the agile framework in a complex stakeholder landscape.
- You need to have customer understanding, so experience with scaling IT projects or working with the data side of cross organizational projects will be beneficial.
- Proficient in all areas of Product Supply, Quality, and IT. Prior experience from Novo Nordisk, especially Product Supply, Quality & IT (PSQIT) is an advance.
- In depth understanding of production data utilisation, flows and tools.
- Extended product supply network, including training, quality on top of production and business support areas.
- Proactive stakeholder management at all levels in a global organization.
