Reliability Centred Maintenance Professional to join ambitious technical support team

Do you have a passion for structuring maintenance? Are you keen to join a manufacturing organisation with an ambitious RCM and LEAN agenda? Then this could be your chance to play a key role in an organisation where management in both word and action paves the way, and where RCM and LEAN has top priority. We aim for scientific thinking and strive for decisions that are data based. Here you can look forward to having personal influence, exciting challenges, and personal as well as professional development.

About the department
You will join Pre-assembly Production in Hillerød, Denmark. We are approximately 180 colleagues, working in 8 teams, and we produce the mechanical Motor Module in Novo Nordisk’s newest prefilled devices FlexTouch® and FlexPro®. We have 3 fully automated high volume assembly lines. We deliver large quantities to our sister factories in Diabetes Finished Products and Biopharmaceuticals. The department also handles improvements, upgrades and expansion of production capacity with a global production perspective. You will work closely with 17 experienced and dedicated colleagues in Pre-Assembly technical support, which ensures support on maintenance and repair of the production equipment.

The position
As Reliability Centred Maintenance professional, your main priority will be to ensure that the small steps we take every day aligns with our maintenance strategy. Our RCM team consists of 5 experienced full time technical resources who on a daily basis bring our Maintenance Projects to life. It will be your responsibility to update and present the strategy to Management as a natural extension of the current strategy. We have worked very dedicated with RCM for 5 years to achieve where we are today, so we have a strong foundation to build on. Our aim is to have reliability deeply imbedded in our processes and strive for predictive maintenance where it is feasible. We have been building our structures bottom up witch makes them well anchored in our production environment. You will be a key player in designing our next steps and a part of all processes related to our maintenance structures.

A part of daily business will be discussing changes to the lines based on data, give sparring to our skilled RCM-team, finetuning the maintenance program, so it be executed in the pitstop. (Weekly stop of 1-2 hours on each line), refine our sparepart system, discussing how we use advanced tools to detect errors early while making theory operational so we have a smooth deployment, when we bring new techniques and technologies in to our mature production environment.

Qualifications
Ideally, you have a relevant academic engineering degree combined with a technical or craftsman background and/or a strong interest for working in a dynamic and fast-paced production environment. You have more than 5 years of relevant experience in the field of maintenance.

On a personal level, you are known for a constructive approach to challenges, energetic and open-minded attitude when facilitating solutions and getting things done. You find it easy to communicate and collaborate with colleagues with all kinds of professional background and you are used to explaining complex subjects in an easy understandable way. Additionally, you have strong analytical skills, a flair for using versatile IT systems to retrieve data and a structured approach to the problem-solving process. Lastly, you can speak and write both Danish and English.
