About the department

Devices & Delivery Solutions has a long and outstanding track-record of developing the best, most innovative, and widely used injection devices in the world. In the development of medical devices, we ensure that user insights and innovation go hand in hand with a strong quality mindset.

The department CT, Experiments & Design Verification plays an important role in the device development process, as we deliver specialised exploratory testing and design verification. It is our responsibility to specify, develop, purchase, and validate new test equipment to support verification testing of medical devices. Furthermore, we also characterise device prototypes by metrology.

The position

The role as Senior Process Manager is a versatile role working with multiple stakeholders from line management and process experts, test and validation engineers as well as commercial device manufacturing and CMC (Chemistry, Manufacturing & Control).

Your focus will be on ensuring compliance with relevant requirements while simplifying the processes, avoiding sub-optimisation, ensuring transparency and making data driven decisions. Furthermore, will you be involved in deviation handling and structured problem solving, and assume ownership of some of the most complex processes/SOPs.

As a Sr. Process Manager, you also need to also have a human centred focus, where you drive and facilitate the work in the process groups. You will be responsible for setting the strategic direction, motivating and coaching the process group members and ensuring the relevant stakeholders are involved and heard.

Qualifications

You have minimum a bachelor degree in for example:

  • Engineering Natural science, or business.

You have a relevant background:

  • The Worked in the pharmaceutical industry with process improvement groups and compliance.
  • A minimum of 5-6 years of experience is required.
  • A proven track record of driving lean initiatives and process optimisations is a requirement to be considered for this position.
  • Knowledge of medical device development and QMS systems is considered a definite advantage.

Personal skills:

As a person you are a solid communicator with a strong drive for process improvements, simplifying complexity and for basing decisions on data. We expect you to be a team player, to have a solid experience with engaging colleagues and stakeholders, and coaching groups to increase performance.
