The position
As our Technical Project Coordinator, you will become part of a highly skilled technical team consisting of technical & IT/Automation supporters and skilled workers, where the key is to ensure that the equipment in the department AP Support & Formulation works stably and complies with authority requirements.

The department is on an exciting journey with many projects, both technical and process-related, so participation in optimisation and standardisation projects will also become part of your new everyday life.

Qualifications
As a professional, you have a structured approach to your daily work with the ability to manage deadlines and work with multiple and frequently changing priorities using good collaboration skills. Our team also welcomes an individual who is proactive, enjoys having a broad overview and works well independently and as a team to problem solve and get a sense for the details. For this position, you are required to be fluent in both written and spoken in English.
About the department
The department is part of a new filling factory Injectable Finished Products (IFP) in Hillerød, which recently started launching the first Penfill to support our diabetics journey at Novo Nordisk. You will become part of a committed department consisting of operators, skilled workers and supporters, who all work closely together across professional boundaries together as one department. In AP Support & Formulation, we are responsible for supplying our filling lines with high quality product, materials and primary packaging. In the coming years the site will be delivering more products and for that we need your commitment and skills to optimize our production to be among the best in the world.

The position

Your responsibilities will include:
- Planning, optimising, and tracking a range of project activities across the department.
- Support the technical team in driving the project activities towards agreed goals. This involves keeping the project plan ongoing, coordinating with stakeholders/suppliers and present to management and ongoing follow-up on projects.
- Attending project and steering groups and following steering plans.
- Coordinating meetings with suppliers and across the organisation.

Qualifications
- A relevant bachelor or master’s degree within a technical background such as Engineering, Automation, mechanics, or pharmaceutical
- Preferably 1-2 years’ experience within the pharmaceutical industry. We are also interested in those who have experience within production or other highly technical fields.
- Project management skills.
- It is advantageous if you are familiar with LEAN processes or have a LEAN mindset.
- Microsoft Office E.g., Word, Excel, PowerPoint & Outlook.
