Are you looking for an exciting leadership role in Talent Acquisition (TA), where you will be responsible for driving the strategic talent acquisition agenda in a global healthcare company? You will report to the Head of Talent Acquisition, Region EMEA.

The position

As Talent Acquisition Lead, North West Europe you will be responsible for understanding the talent needs of the business and translating them into effective talent acquisition initiatives and ensuring a seamless customer experience on each recruitment. The scope of the role covers recruitments on all job levels and job categories and spans across all TA disciplines from employer branding to early talent and to senior leadership roles. You will also have a hands on recruitment responsibility for leadership positions at director level.

You will also be responsible of the following:

  • Skilfully manage incoming volumes and move resources to where the volumes are as well as ensuring great collaboration between your team and our RPO partner’s teams.
  • Implement innovative recruitment practices and make sound decisions based on TA data.
  • In collaboration with employer branding specialists in Global TA Centre of Excellence you will plan, and execute employer branding activities, aimed at enhancing Novo Nordisk employer brand in the countries under your responsibility.
  • As a leader in Novo Nordisk, you will play a key role in developing your team of 5 TA Partners and safeguarding their engagement and well-being.
  • Key to success in this role will be your ability to build strong relations your stakeholders and your peers all aimed at ensuring timely supply of talent to Novo Nordisk.

Qualifications

  • As a Talent Acquisition Team Lead, North West Europe (NWE) you have a university degree in Human Resources, Organizational Psychology, Sociology or other relevant subjects and a minimum of 5 years’ experience working in a similar standardized TA function and with min 2 years of people management experience.

  • You are an engaging TA leader or Senior Talent Acquisition Project Manager with an aspiration for a leadership role.
  • You thrive in a multinational environment and can skilfully navigate in a matrix environment with multiple stakeholders locally, regionally and globally.
  • You have strong communications and project management skills and a good command of English.
  • Lastly, you come with a solid reputation when it comes to ethical values and standards.
