Exciting opportunity to drive the cLEAN® agenda in Customer Complaints Center Operations

Do you have a passion for optimising key business processes? Are you a strong communicator motivated by facilitating change through working with people? Do you have a project manager background and experience with creating a LEAN (in Novo Nordisk know as cLEAN®) culture, utilizing its various tools and coaching others? If so, you might be the person we are looking for.

The position

As cLEAN® partner and project manager in Customer Complaints Center Operations, your key role will be to enable & inspire Customer Complaints Operations to "live cLEAN®" by driving continuous improvement, providing cLEAN® tools, training, and expertise, leading key projects and initiatives, and partnering with the organization across departments.

In this position you will work with

  • Identifying focus areas for process improvements, and manage and lead execution across the area as project manager or cLEAN® expert
  • Developing a culture of scientific thinking, continuous improvement and cLEAN® behaviors by telling, teaching, and coaching leaders and employees.
  • Driving and supporting the performance management and project prioritisation processes in the area and ensure alignment with OSQ/NNQs strategic goals and ambitions

Qualifications

  • You hold a relevant Bachelor or Master’s degree within engineering, chemistry, pharmacy, business management or project management).
  • You have solid analytical skills and practical experience in analysing complex business issues.
  • You have 2-5 years of professional experience with business optimisation or project management, preferably from a similar position in a LEAN environment.
  • You have a strong LEAN toolbox with solid practical experience applying concepts such systematic problem solving and VSM, and bring shop-floor experience from processes in or close to a manufacturing environment, e.g. laboratories analysing samples.
  • You have a strong data mind-set and can translate and visualize data to support decision making.
  • You are good at connecting with people at all levels of an organization and have an eye for stakeholder management.

  • Comfortable with taking initiative proactively and have a strong personal drive and dedication with a ‘can-do’ attitude
  • Curious about the processes and people you work with, and have a burning desire to learn new things
  • Able to demonstrate attention to detail and structured in your problem-solving approach
  • A team player within a diverse group of colleagues with a good sense of humour
  • Great interpersonal skills are a must since the job will include considerable interaction with stakeholders and colleagues across the organisation.

As we have international colleagues and stakeholders, from around the world, fluency in both spoken and written English and Danish is required.

About the department

In Customer Complaints Center Operations, we are the ‘voice of the patient’; recording, investigating and responding to customer complaints globally for both marketed and clinical products. We are more than 50 colleagues organized in 3 departments in Denmark and 1 in India, and are part of the Novo Nordisk Quality organisation. You will be reporting to the Director of CCC Operations, based in Bagsvaerd, and will be working closely with the managers and colleagues across the departments.
