The position
As Strategy Partner for OFP QA Måløv, you will be responsible for providing structure and coaching for leaders & colleagues to develop the LEAN mindset. Provide Systematic problem-solving (SPS) support through coaching and facilitating. Communicate and engage on all levels in the organization incl. senior management.
Qualifications
There are different ways into the position, and we expect that you hold a Master of Science in a relevant field. You have some years 2 of experience from a global pharma industry or consulting, and some years of experience from a similar position. You can bring in a toolbox within one or all the following areas: transformations, data visualisation, process optimisation & LEAN thinking, strategy, innovation.
About the department
You will be an integrated part of the management team that consists of 4 associate managers in DK and 1 director for our US site in Durham. The leadership team is eager to improve our processes to support our ambition of the highest quality to patients and we need your support and strategic mindset. You will be working closely with the Director and the rest of the management team.

The position
As Strategy Partner for OFP QA Måløv, you will be responsible for providing structure and coaching for leaders & colleagues to develop the LEAN mindset. Provide Systematic problem-solving (SPS) support through coaching and facilitating. Communicate and engage on all levels in the organization incl. senior management.
- Be a business sparring partner to the director and management across OFP QA and support various business-related tasks to maximize impact in the organization.
- Close collaboration with our Business Support and Transformation team where you will be representing OFP QA and the management team.
- Proactively support a simplification agenda and identify business optimization opportunities by utilizing knowledge of local processes and challenges.
- Drive and support execution of the CSDS/OFP Quality organizational strategy by combining external insights, trends, and business objectives to support innovation, optimization, and digitalization.
- Facilitate and drive cross-functional synergies and projects across different sites and CVP areas to ensure value maximization of locally developed solutions.
Qualifications

- You are result oriented, always raising the bar for yourself, and have a strong cross-functional understanding as well as excellent communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder engagement skills.
- You have a well-structured approach to your tasks, can work independently, and are comfortable leading projects while engaging various stakeholders. You are accountable, take responsibility, have a high-quality mindset and you can maintain an overview also under time pressure.
- You are highly flexible, proactive, and able to plan and prioritize your time. Ideally, you should be able to bring examples of the above.
- You are passionate about driving impactful changes and you take ownership of a life-changing career.
- You have an excellent command of both written and spoken English and have a relevant business background. Having proven experience creating targeted content is advantageous.
