About the department
The Strategy & Business Development (SBD) department is a unit within Sourcing Operations (SoOp), where SoOp is responsible for the inbound supply chain of direct spend materials in Novo Nordisk.
SBD is primarily responsible for driving and executing on SoOp’s key strategic projects, facilitating the implementation of our business plan including a cultural transformation, with digitalisation and business intelligence as core principles. Our primary focus is to remain forward-looking, be the frontrunner for a new way of working, and showcase strong adaptability.
We are passionate about delivering value to the organisation and take pride in being a highly skilled and dedicated organisation truly motivated by making a difference in the business. We are right now on a journey applying agile ways of working, and we are embracing new ideas of how to do this.
The position
As a training intern, you will gain valuable insight into training administration, systems, and competency development. We are developing our training methods and systems in Sourcing Operations, being close to the Line of Business. Together with our training partners, you will be given the responsibility to improve our current systems. That could be digitalizing training plans, supporting the use of HoloLenses, etc.

You are currently studying IT, Learning & Organisation, Business Administration, or other relevant fields of study.
Talking to people makes you feel more extroverted and enthusiastic. You've worked with employees to train them and build their skills.

The position
As a training intern, you will gain valuable insight into training administration, systems, and competency development. We are developing our training methods and systems in Sourcing Operations, being close to the Line of Business. Together with our training partners, you will be given the responsibility to improve our current systems. That could be digitalizing training plans, supporting the use of HoloLenses, etc.
During your internship, you'll gain knowledge about the following:
- Participation in projects or doing the project yourself
- Desire to perform administrative tasks in our production training systems
- Analysis of large data sets in Excel or VBA (not a requirement)
- Ad hoc tasks and continuous improvement
Practicalities:
- Internship period: 5-6 months
- Start date: January/February 2023.
- Working hours: 37 hours per week (flexibility around school activities)
- Salary: 12,000 DKK/month (if your education allows it)
- Place of work: Mainly Bagsværd but expect to go to Hillerød 1-2 days a week. You will also have the possibility to work from home.
Qualifications
You are currently studying IT, Learning & Organisation, Business Administration, or other relevant fields of study.
- Current enrolment in Bachelor's or Master's degree
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work well with people from different teams and departments
- Ability to create relationships and thrive on talking to different people on a daily basis
- Desire to perform in a systematic manner and to approach procedures and data with an analytical mentality
- Knowledge of Excel, Microsoft Forms, Power BI, or the like
