The position
- As Finance Business Partner in global Novo Nordisk Quality, you will be supporting senior management with financial planning, resource allocation, controlling, various business cases and sparring on financial decisions.
- You will be working closely with our Senior Finance Partner, but with full responsibility for ‘your own’ senior stakeholders and business areas, creating robust financial plans and insights for decision making.
- Further you will be driving essential financial processes across the entire organisation and contribute to generating financial/strategic insights to guide Novo Nordisk Quality management strategic initiatives.
- You will have a steep learning curve, expand your financial toolbox and gain valuable experience with Novo Nordisk value chain enabling numerous future career opportunities in the global Novo Nordisk Organisation.
The team
- You will be part of the ‘Quality Executive Office’ delivering financial and strategic support to Novo Nordisk Quality leaders and the organisation of +2000 employees globally.
- Quality Executive Office is a highly engaged team based in Novo Nordisk headquarters in Bagsværd close to Novo Nordisk Quality Management and with stakeholders in the +50 quality units across the entire Novo Nordisk value chain.
- As a team, we are ambitious, motivated, and dedicated to deliver strong results. Our working environment is fun and informal, we value flexibility and collaboration across skillsets.
Qualifications
- You have a solid financial background e.g. HD, MSc. Finance/Economics, cand.merc., cand.oecon. or similar.
- You are an experienced user of Excel and PowerPoint and experience in SAP and business intelligence solutions, such as Tableau or PowerBI is a clear advantage.
- You have strong financial understanding and excellent communication skills.
- You are great at stakeholder management and with your positive and curious mindset you challenge status quo.
- You enjoy planning ahead, being proactive and foreseeing future needs from our internal customers in line of business, and you care for structure and details yet always hold the overview.
- It is a clear advantage if you have experience as a controller/finance partner already, but most important is that you are ambitious and willing to learn and develop.
