Søborg

Do you want to be at the forefront of developing the future labelling process and system? Are you keen to drive innovation and digitalisation by pioneering and enabling novel technologies in pharma?

Then join us as our new Product Owner for Transformation Project. Our journey is your opportunity. Apply now!

The position

You will be joining the NextGen Labelling project, an ambitious transformation project with global impact. We are building a collaborative platform to manage content and, through re-use and automation, optimise creation and maintenance of labelling texts and packaging materials for all products and devices globally.

In this position, you will be leading one of four agile delivery teams, responsible for developing an automated artwork solution, linking our content in XML/DITA to Adobe InDesign templates. No one wins alone and the key to your success is to leverage your skilled team members, colleagues across the Agile Release Train and from the Labelling organisation to turn the product vision into a working solution for the end users.

Your responsibilities will include the following:

  • Outline the product vision and future roadmap.
  • Prioritise the backlog to identify optimal sequencing of building blocks.
  • Engage with the Labelling organisation to capture their needs.
  • Define features and stories i.e., desired functionality and services, to ensure the system delivers value to business.
  • Act as facilitator and driver to constructively work out challenges and remove barriers hindering the team to deliver value to the business.

Partnership is essential in this role because you will participate in agile events such as PI planning, iteration planning, demo, and retrospective with the Scrum Master and team. A further step to ensuring alignment is communication with the Business Owner, Product Manager, and other key stakeholders.

Qualifications

To be successful in this position, you need to have:

  • Proven project management skills, ideally as a SAFe certified Product Owner with strong experiences in Agile principles, methodology, events, and Agile toolbox.
  • Experience with Adobe InDesign or Illustrator is an advantage.
  • Ability to handle and engage a distributed Agile team spread geographically across several countries.
  • Pharma domain experience, ideally within labelling and packaging material processes, is considered a strong advantage.
  • Knowledge how to set direction and communicate a compelling purpose and vision to all levels of the organisation.
  • Fluency in English both written and spoken.

On a personal level, you must enjoy working in a diverse team and be good at communicating complex ideas clearly to drive innovation and identify business challenges or opportunities that need to be communicated to senior management.
