The Position

The successful candidate for this newly created position will be a member of the Global Leadership Development Team delivering scalable, impactful learning solutions that align with our Novo Nordisk purpose, strategy and values (Novo Nordisk Way). In this role, you will maintain and improve learning solutions, like our new leader onboarding program, that support the effectiveness of our new and emerging leaders across the global enterprise. Our team is proud our of positive collaboration while working across timezones and geographies, cultures and contexts.

You will work day-to-day with our Managed Learning Service team and external leadership development providers on execution of learning programs – both virtually and in-person. You will be the primary content owner of several established leadership programs, responsible for continually evaluating the effectiveness of the content. You will be customer-focused, soliciting and assessing feedback from learners and HR Business Partners. You will also evaluate the outcomes and impact of learning to propose improvements. While you may do some facilitation, you will primarily liaise and manage relationships with a network of internal and external partners providing content and solutions, sharing your feedback and observations.

Qualifications

The ideal candidate is educated to a bachelor’s or master’s level or equivalent in relevant field e.g. HR, Business, Education and prove to have strong communication skills. This role is tailored for a collaborative, people-centric team player who values partnerships with stakeholders and learning experience as a critical path to success.

Your experience should reflect, but be not limited to, the following:

  • 3+ years’ experience in Leadership Development and/or Organizational Development
  • Success in executing, evaluating and improving end-to-end global leadership or talent programmes
  • Competent facilitator who can work across multiple modalities with a group of leaders
  • Self-mastery of using time and resources to bring out your best performance
  • Project management experience preferred
  • Experience working in a global, matrixed organization preferred

About the department

The Talent, Succession and Development Centre of Excellent (CoE) works in partnership with the global HRBP Community to develop a learning culture at Novo Nordisk. The CoE builds the strategy, initiatives, and digital and data enablers to develop the leadership and functional capabilities required for our people and business to be successful. The approximately 40 members of the CoE are located around the globe and have an enterprise and future focus. The Global Leadership Development team within the CoE works closely with our People Development Partners within the department to ensure solutions are aligned with business needs and executed with excellence.
