The position
We are looking for a proactive Project Manager to join People & Organisation (P&O). This position will move across 5 Executive Vice President (EVP) areas: Research & Development, Development, Commercial Affairs and Strategy, Finance, Legal and Global Solutions and P&O. The main responsibilities will be driving strategic projects, which are impacting the whole business. In addition to that, you will be:
As our new People & Organisation Project Manager, you will work independently with sparring from EVP HRBP or team members on select projects. You will be collaborating closely with colleagues from different teams/areas, including business leaders and all leaders in EVP areas, and P&O colleagues.
Qualifications
To be a successful candidate, you have:
Certification of Project Management skills would be considered as an advantage.
We are looking for a person who is very organised, structured and result oriented. We expect you to be fluent in written and spoken English.
Furthermore, you are expected to have business and financial acumen, as well as planning, organisation and Project Management experience. As a person, you are collaborative and a great colleague.

About the department
You will join a small team of project managers working on supporting the operational P&O leadership with project management. We support the top P&O leadership teams, by driving strategic projects, along with collecting best practices across, and turning it into utilized practice across the P&O value chain.

The position

- Setting the direction for the project and aligning the project needs with line of business
- Providing timely feedback and guidance to project members
- Clearly and timely communicating project requirements to team and department members
As our new People & Organisation Project Manager, you will work independently with sparring from EVP HRBP or team members on select projects. You will be collaborating closely with colleagues from different teams/areas, including business leaders and all leaders in EVP areas, and P&O colleagues.
Qualifications
To be a successful candidate, you have:
- Relevant advanced degree education (Masters, MBA etc.)
- 2-3+ years of Project Management experience
- Good diagnostic, analytical and problem-solving skills
- Facilitation and presentation skills
- Excellent interpersonal skills and experience in collaborating with stakeholders at all levels
