The Position
You will be responsible for a team of 7-10 dedicated labelling development professionals that drive projects securing key deliverables within development of printed packaging materials across our entire product portfolio. The team supports development of colour and graphics solutions and other key deliverables that are critical to timely submissions and approvals including safeguarding product differentiation for our patients.
Among your main responsibilities you will:
Together with committed colleagues and important stakeholders across Development, Product Supply and Affiliates you will play an important role in ensuring patient safety through development of differentiated packaging graphics and timely submission of artwork mockups to Health Authorities.
In this role, you and your team will be closely connected to the whole portfolio of Novo Nordisk products and have an opportunity to see first hand how our patients interact with our products.
Furthermore, Team Leads model our behavioural goals and thereby create a culture supportive of our common purpose of driving change to defeat diabetes and other serious chronic diseases.
Qualifications
We are looking for someone that has solid experience within the following: setting direction, engaging and inspiring others, leading and managing change, prioritizing according to strategic aspirations, working effectively with broad range of stakeholders.

The Position

Among your main responsibilities you will:
- Be responsible for providing guidance, instruction, training and visible leadership to ensure the team is successful.
- Ensure employee development and that skills and competences of the team are aligned with the demands and requirements set by present and future development projects and stakeholders.
- Manage day-to-day operations and prioritization for the team and drive performance.
- Drive or be involved in optimization projects within the department and the labelling area.
- Provide leadership and guidance to the team while digital transformation journey.
- Take active part in department related activities and be an integral part of department management team.
Together with committed colleagues and important stakeholders across Development, Product Supply and Affiliates you will play an important role in ensuring patient safety through development of differentiated packaging graphics and timely submission of artwork mockups to Health Authorities.

Qualifications
We are looking for someone that has solid experience within the following: setting direction, engaging and inspiring others, leading and managing change, prioritizing according to strategic aspirations, working effectively with broad range of stakeholders.
To succeed in this role, you have:
- Relevant educational background within Natural Sciences, Business, Communications, Anthropology, etc.
- Experience within Pharma or other regulated industry is preferred.
- Experience with packaging, artwork and/or labelling is helpful.
- Fluent level in oral and written English.
- Experience of LEAN, GMP and digitalization and automation will be an advantage.
You have great interpersonal skills, curiosity and proven track record in leadership or people management.
