The position
As our new Production Engineer, you will be part of the team supporting all the needs of the line. We spend a lot of time on shop floor support, building relations and making sure that we fully understand the reality of everyone involved in the production – from operators and skilled workers to specialists and technicians.
In addition to the daily operations, you will participate in large projects where you will have a central role as Engineering responsible (ER) in the validation work for the packaging lines.

About the department
You will become part of a team of 10 technical supporters with different backgrounds and a common goal to ensure a stable development of our assembly and packaging lines in Kirke Værløse. The team places great emphasis on good collaboration and a good tone, where humour is an important part of everyday life.
The production site in Kirke Værløse is the part of BRD (Biotech & Rare Disease), which assembles and packages the products for patients worldwide. The site in Kirke Værløse is a smaller site with approx. 100 employees, where people know each other and where collaboration across the individual teams is paramount.

The position
As our new Production Engineer, you will be part of the team supporting all the needs of the line. We spend a lot of time on shop floor support, building relations and making sure that we fully understand the reality of everyone involved in the production – from operators and skilled workers to specialists and technicians.
In addition to the daily operations, you will participate in large projects where you will have a central role as Engineering responsible (ER) in the validation work for the packaging lines.
Your key responsibilities would include:
- Ensuring that everything runs in accordance with the regulatory requirements of a pharmaceutical production.
- Resolving complex issues on the packaging lines.
- Working closely with operators, technicians, supporters, and Quality Assurance (QA)
- Validation of documentation to be compliant, validation and documentation of changes on the lines.
- Data-analytics for securing optimised performance of the production lines by having an eye for improvement initiatives, optimization possibilities and cLEAN activities within quality and productivity
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Mechanical engineering, Production engineering, or similar
- 2-5 years of relevant experience with validation techniques, automation, or digitalisation at the production line, ideally from the pharmaceutical industry
- Working proficiency in spoken and written Danish and English is essential
- A technical and analytical mindset is as strong requirement
- Since quality and precision is essential in the pharmaceutical industry, it is important that you are quality oriented and have an eye for detail as you will work with written documentation
