Do you want to play a central role in securing the most effective and efficient training-setup, as well as supporting the business with relevant competence development and training content development? The Position
In the position as Training Supporter, you work closely with multiple stakeholders and target groups to support optimal training and increasing human performance. You will contribute with analysis, design, and development of simple and effective training solutions to cover training needs and solve business problems.
You support the management in ensuring an effective and compliant training within healthcare regulated work processes. You apply a fact-based, and data driven approach. You can demonstrate and visualize how training and competence development contributes to solving business problems and managing change.
An important task will be to support your stakeholders with choosing the right training methods and activities and support them in developing effective and efficient training.
You will join a network of training professionals from across the company where you will share knowledge about best practices and receive guidance and support to implement and maintain these practices in your area.
This means that you will be performing the following tasks:
Qualifications
We would like to invite you to apply for this position regardless of your educational background. However, to be successful in this role, we imagine you have:
• Experience from working with quality, GMP regulations and authority inspections - maybe even from a similar position in the pharmaceutical industry
• Mimimum a degree as an academic, pharmacy or a degree within the fields of natural science.
• The ability to drive a project to completion, engaging project members and key stakeholders
• Experience from a position where you are used to set the agenda, work with a strong drive, and move the organisation
• A professional curiosity and gain energy by going on shop floor and interact with your colleagues
• Professional proficiency in both Danish and English and is located in Denmark.
On a personal level, you are good at establishing relations, communicate constructively and you have a systematic approach to problem solving. You are self-driven and not afraid to ask questions to challenge status quo. And lastly, you are known for your ability to notice the details while always seeing the bigger picture.
About the Department
BRD Quality Control is based in Gentofte, Hilleroed, Kalundborg and New Hampshire. Here we are app. 270 colleagues who support the biotech production with a selection of chemical and microbiological analysis of product samples, crucial for always making sure the product is in high quality and ready for release to patients. We bring value to patients by delivering timely and reliable results that keeps production in control. We drive change by always looking for improvements and innovation within our processes - testing and implementing 4.0 technology to make the process even smoother and faster for the benefit of the patients. - Continuously drive towards establishing and maintaining training and competence development best suited to meet the needs and challenges of the business area
- Apply an investigative, problem-solution approach and GLS mindset to understand business problems and to proactively identify how training, human error prevention and learning technologies can contribute to solve these problems
- Analyse, design and develop training solutions which are necessary and sufficient to cover local competence needs and/ or solve business problems.
- Apply and create buy-in for standards and new technologies within training and competence development in the business area
- Drive continuous improvement of the local training set-up
- Present training system at local audits/inspections
- Implement new training requirements
