The position
As QA professional in our release team you will, together with your colleagues, be responsible for status assignment of incoming materials by using IT systems Global LIMS, SAP and PRISM. In addition to our key tasks within status assignment, you can look forward to adding more competences to your toolbox as you grow. Besides status assignments, you will be responsible for handling change requests, deviations on behalf of the team. Furthermore, you will present batch release and processes at inspections, and you will have the opportunity to influence our internal processes with optimization and improvement by using cLEAN tools.
Qualifications
About the department
Sourcing QA is responsible for Quality Assurance of Raw Materials and Packaging Materials going into all of Novo Nordisk A/S Products. We are responsible for Quality Assurance of our suppliers who are located across the globe. Furthermore we assure the foundation for release of materials used in the many products produced by Novo Nordisk A/S. A combination of ensuring a high standard of incoming materials, and involvement in investigations into quality issues by the use of LEAN tools is part of our daily work to improve and secure robustness in our internal processes. In total, we are 62 employees divided into four teams working closely together.
You can look forward to becoming part of a dynamic and well-functioning team consisting of 13 dedicated colleagues. The team is responsible for status assignment of incoming raw, printed and primary packaging materials, approval of master data and specifications in Global LIMS (Laboratory Information Management System).

Qualifications
- Preferably you have an academic degree or equivalent within pharmaceutical sciences, engineering or a related discipline with 2-3 years of experience
- Furthermore you possess a strong quality mind-set and a good knowledge of GMP rules and Quality Assurance from the pharmaceutical industry.
- As we are moving into digitalising our release processes, good IT skills and knowledge within Robotic Process Automation (RPA), will be an advantage.
- As a person you are known for your positive mind-set and can-do attitude, flexibility and persistence. You enjoy working in a dynamic environment with changing priorities.
- You are fluent in English, both written and spoken.
