The Position You will be an associate manager for a team of 13 QA professionals and technicians engaged in assurance of quality in all departments of Sourcing Operations and Strategic Sourcing. You and your team will cooperate closely with external packaging suppliers across Europe and NN worldwide. And collaborate with local stakeholders in warehouses, QC laboratories, purchasing, production sites, and other QA departments to improve the internal processes and develop the quality of our sourced materials. The main tasks of your team will be: •     Ensuring preparation and maintenance of release specification •     Ensuring batch status assignment and global quality standard. •     Owning quality and product agreements. •     Approval of quality specifications for packaging materials As part of the management team in SOOP& STSO QA, you will be responsible for implementing quality strategies in your area. Qualifications To succeed in this role, you have: •     A master’s degree in pharmaceutical science, engineering, or a related discipline. •     Experience in Quality, or material management. •     Experience in people management. •     Excellent quality mindset. •     Knowledge of GMP rules and quality assurance in the pharmaceutical industry. •     Knowledge of supply chains, procurement for manufacturing or supplier management. As a person you have a high drive and sense of initiative combined with empathy and the ability to support and engage the employees and stakeholders. You seek out improvements and optimizations as a natural way of working. You are known for your positive mindset and you enjoy working in a dynamic environment with changing priorities. As we are cooperating broadly with many stakeholders, excellent collaboration, and communication skills are needed. You are fluent in English, both written and spoken About the Department Sourcing QA is responsible for Quality Assurance of Raw Materials and Packaging Materials going into all of Novo Nordisk A/S Products. We are responsible for Quality Assurance of our suppliers who are located all over the world. Furthermore, we assure the foundation for release of materials used in the many products produced by Novo Nordisk A/S. A combination of ensuring a high standard of incoming materials, and involvement in investigations into quality issues by the use of LEAN tools is part of our daily work to improve and secure robustness in our internal processes.
