The position As a Senior Complaint Advisor, you will utilise your business understanding and ability to work with global cross functional tasks, all while gaining a thorough understanding of all Novo Nordisk products and insights into various supporting processes. Main responsibilities will be to:
• handle escalated and complex customer complaints
• drive optimisation in the way we work
• support our colleagues in the affiliates as well as our local complaint associates
• interact with health authorities, including participation in audits and inspections Your work will help us ensure high quality and safe products for the patients of Novo Nordisk, and will have the real opportunity to shape and set the direction in the role. Qualifications
The ideal candidate is a strong communicator can work systematically with handling and analysing complex data and succeed with various problem solving. To succeed in this role, you:
• have an academic degree
• have experience with production and/or quality assurance, preferably in the pharmaceutical or device industry
• are fluent in both written and spoken English and be a strong communicator
• preferably have experience with audits and communication with health authorities We are searching for more than one candidate of varying background and seniority, so based on your experience and competencies we will adjust your future role and responsibilities to drive your development while securing that you help us achieve strong results. The Customer Complaint Centre Support department is responsible for investigating customer complaints from both marketed products and products used for clinical trials. Furthermore, the department handles surveillance and trending of customer complaints and potential and actual recalls. The department is in Bagsværd and is part of Novo Nordisk Quality and you will be part of a team with currently 10 dedicated colleagues and report to the senior manager in the Complaint Support Team.
