The position We are seeking an OCM Communications Lead for the Digital Transformation (DT) Communication Team in Development to help bring the digital community and line of business closer together. Key tasks for this role include: Support the DT Comms. Team with the implementation of our Development Digital Transformation core story by bringing digital players and line of business closer together in dialogue Define what good OCM comms. looks like for digital product teams, ensure strong communication planning, and proactively contribute to stakeholder and change communication activities/material/training for digital product teams in Development Advise digital product and designer teams on change management comms. and training (incl. material review) Support selected digital product teams with hands-on communication planning and activities for (re-)banding purposes. Incl. content and visuals for stakeholder presentations, Sharepoint, writing and publishing news articles and Viva Engage posts Support the Digital Transformation org. in the affiliates with storytelling around and anchoring of end-user feedback to the digital product teams Leverage your anchoring in the DT Comms. Team for collaboration and alignment of communication activities across a complex stakeholder landscape within Novo Nordisk You will be part of the Digital Transformation Communications Team, reporting to the Communications Manager. This team is responsible for boosting the sense of a digital community and ensuring engagement and understanding around our digital aspirations. Qualifications Master’s degree in communications, change mgmt., training, or related field 3+ years of experience from an internal or project communication role, incl. proven experience with change communication Experience driving several projects at the same time, with a methodological approach and strong planning skills Good understanding of how to work with a complex stakeholder landscape with different organizational needs and priorities, and how to proactively identify and address communication needs Strong communication skills and professional efficiency in English Experience working with technology and/or within the pharmaceutical industry is a plus. About The Department The Digital Transformation Office is a CVP-area in Development providing strategic leadership for our Digital Transformation strategy across the Development organisation. In collaboration with Digital teams in SVP areas across Development, we identify new opportunities for utilising data and digital solutions for the benefit of patients as well as our organisation. With people and curiosity in focus and digital as the enabler, we manage execution and prioritization of digital activities. In Development we strive to deliver best-in-class, innovative treatment solutions to the benefit of patients. We are responsible for managing development and approval of new drugs and devices worldwide, from early development phases to product launch and beyond. We provide medical and scientific expertise and documentation for authorities and decisions makers broadly, while ensuring that the process lives up to global standards, regulations, and business ethics.
