About the department
In your daily job you will support GPOS EMEA (Europe, Middle East, Africa), which consists of more than 80 engaged and highly skilled colleagues. GPOS is working hard every day to develop and optimise our people and organisation services to more than 20.000 Novo Nordisk colleagues in Denmark. The position
You will be the key person to roll out cLEAN tools and standards to ensure continuous improvements and increase productivity across the business unit. You will report to the VP of GPOS, EMEA. In GPOS, EMEA cLEAN is more than just a lot of different tools. cLEAN is a culture and a mind-set that you always have to continuously develop in your organization. As our new cLEAN specialist, you will be a key player for our cLEAN® development including the cLEAN® strategy and you will drive the cLEAN® agenda across GPOS, EMEA. You will support your colleagues by identifying and drive improvements of stability and standardization across the business unit. You will lead relevant optimization projects, focused shopfloor coaching at all organisational levels and educate our leaders in our cLEAN standards such as performance boards, systematic problem solving and process confirmation. By this you will have a lot of stakeholders to support and you will have a big impact on leadership processes, standards and business results across the organization.
Qualifications
You hold a higher education and have solid experience within cLEAN tools and cLEAN management. Preferably, you are familiar with our NN cLEAN tools and thinking way like Kata coaching, A3, Value stream mapping, Yamazumi, SMED and you have a very strong data mind-set.
You act as a truly team player but are not scared of working on your own, when you coach and challenge leaders, collecting data across the unit and driving projects. You master communication and behaviour at all organisation levels. You have experience with implementing optimization projects and you naturally involve and motivate your customers to realise the business targets. You are an inspiration to those around you but also manage to challenge the people around you in an empathic and respectful way. You do not back down when people challenge you and people see you as a front runner.
As an the GPOS cLEAN specialist you have a high degree of empathy, coaching and motivational skills. You have strong strategic and analytical abilities and a natural sense of authority. You know yourself well also under high pressure. You balance to set clear direction and create followership in an ambiguous context and you know how to build strong relations and to work cross-functionally.
