Product Supply is responsible for the supply of all marketed and phase III development products within the treatments of: Diabetes, Haemophilia, Growth disorders, Obesity and Menopause. Product Supply manufactures and distributes high quality biologic pharmaceuticals from our 17 production sites worldwide with approximately 19,000 employees globally. The position As a Talent Acquisition Consultant, you will drive end-to-end recruitments supported by sourcers and admins from our RPO. As a member of the Talent Acquisition PSQ team, your primary responsibility will be supporting hiring managers throughout the recruitment process. This will include guiding, advising, and challenging them, as well as ensuring a positive experience for both the hiring managers and candidates. This position will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth and effective running of the recruitment process, from the start-up meeting to the final candidate selection. Our team is responsible for supporting hiring managers across multiple areas, including PSQ and various SVP departments. As a fast-growing part of Novo Nordisk, we handle a significant portion of the company's value chain. Thus, one of the areas in Novo Nordisk that gets the largest investments. Qualifications To be considered for this position, you hold a bachelor's degree in HR, business administration, occupational psychology, communication, or a related field. Additionally, we expect that you have a minimum of 2 years' experience in end-to-end recruitment.
  • A proven track record in high volume and/or high complexity roles would be beneficial.
  • Experience using assessments in recruitment processes would be an asset.
  • Full proficiency in English, both spoken and written, is required.
  • As an individual, you possess natural organizational skills, enabling you to effectively manage multiple complex recruitment processes simultaneously. You excel in working independently and are proficient in building trustworthy relationships with both hiring managers and stakeholders. While you are comfortable working independently, you are also a team player who values close cooperation and knowledge sharing. You possess the ability to switch between careful planning and flexible solutions while maintaining an overview and managing details effectively. About the department You will be joining Talent Acquisition DK, a team of approximately 80 recruiters (and still growing). Together we support Novo Nordisk in Denmark with around 8,500 end-to-end recruitments annually. You will be part of a diverse team of skilled TA colleagues who are recruiting for roles ranging from high-volume recruitments to very complex hard-to-fill roles. Collaboration, knowledge sharing, and mutual support are essential to our success as a team. Regardless of the areas we support, we work closely together to ensure that we can provide the best support to hiring managers and choose the right sourcing and recruitment strategy for each recruitment process. While our primary location is in Bagsværd, we spend a significant amount of time at various sites, primarily in Måløv, Gentofte, Hillerød, Køge and Kalundborg.  Deadline 3 January 2024.
