Product Supply is responsible for the supply of all marketed and phase III development products within the treatments of: Diabetes, Haemophilia, Growth disorders, Obesity and Menopause. Product Supply manufactures and distributes high quality biologic pharmaceuticals from our 17 production sites worldwide with approximately 19,000 employees globally.
The position As a Talent Acquisition Partner, you will drive end-to-end recruitments supported by sources and admins from our RPO. As a member of the Talent Acquisition PSQ team, your primary responsibility will be supporting hiring managers throughout the recruitment process. Our team is responsible for supporting hiring managers across multiple areas, including PSQ and various SVP departments. You can expect a meaningful job with a high degree of freedom, the opportunity to make a difference by matching people with life-changing opportunities, and ample opportunities to grow, both professionally and personally As the TA Partner for PSQ, your primary responsibilities will include: Driving highly complex recruitments ranging from specialist to management level acting as point of contact for the line of business. Navigating scarce candidate pools using your updated market knowledge and solid talent acquisition toolbox. Guiding hiring managers and other relevant stakeholders to ensure that the Novo Nordisk standard recruitment process is aligned with our diversity and inclusion principles, as well as our values and ways of working. Proactively and continuously collaborate with your recruitment team, which includes Sourcers and Admins, to develop a solid process plan, provide a positive candidate experience, and increase efficiency throughout the recruitment process. Playing an active role in identifying Talent Acquisition must-win battles within your area of work, to increase value to Novo Nordisk through improved efficiency, quality, and speed. Contribute to a positive and collaborative team environment, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement by proactively coaching and sparring with colleagues. As an individual, you put pride in supporting, advising, and challenging the hiring manager while also ensuring a great candidate and hiring manager experience. You possess a high degree of perseverance and creative, outside-the-box thinking. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in HR, business administration, occupational psychology, communication, or similar Extensive experience in conducting interviews and advising hiring managers throughout the entire recruitment process Solid experience from consultancy or in-house recruitment function where you have typically handled +70 hires per year Fluency in written and spoken English Experience within the Pharma industry would be beneficial Your natural drive enables you to manage multiple and sometimes complex recruitment processes simultaneously. You excel in an environment where you can work independently while building lasting, trusting relationships with hiring managers and other stakeholders within your area. Additionally, you are a team player who values close collaboration and knowledge sharing. You have a demonstrated ability to switch between careful planning and flexible, real-time solutions, and maintain an overview while dealing with details. About the Department You will be joining Talent Acquisition DK, a team of approximately 80 recruiters (and still growing). Together we support Novo Nordisk in Denmark with around 8,500 end-to-end recruitments annually. You will be part of a diverse team of skilled TA colleagues who are recruiting for roles ranging from high-volume recruitments to very complex hard-to-fill roles. Collaboration, knowledge sharing, and mutual support are essential to our success as a team. Regardless of the areas we support, we work closely together to ensure that we can provide the best support to hiring managers and choose the right sourcing and recruitment strategy for each recruitment process. While our primary location is in Bagsværd, we spend a significant amount of time at various sites, primarily in Måløv, Gentofte, Hillerød, Køge, and Kalundborg. Deadline 3 January 2024.
