Would you like to support Senior Management in financial decision-making across the full Novo Nordisk supply chain? Then this is your chance to join the Product Supply, Quality & IT Business Finance team as our new Finance Partner. The Position As Finance Partner in PS, Q & IT Business Finance, your primary role will be to run the financial planning processes, consolidate budgets, as well as reporting on financial performance. You will be a great asset to the team in making sure that we keep Senior Management informed of what is happening in the business with both fixed and frequent deliverables, as well as ad-hoc analyses. The position offers frequent engagement with stakeholders across the organisation, allowing you to build a strong network while driving activities and projects related to the production sites globally. There are excellent opportunities to grow within the role and expand your network and financial toolbox. Your tasks include:
  • Monthly and quarterly financial reporting towards top management
  • Plan and facilitate the financial planning processes
  • Consolidate and analyse budgetary figures
  • Finance business partnering for a central CVP area, including budgeting, reporting and controlling
  • Ad-hoc analyses to create financial insights for decision-making
    • Qualifications To be considered for the position, we expect that you:
  • Hold a master’s degree as a minimum and 1-2 years of experience within business finance, accounting, strategy consulting or similar
  • Have a solid understanding of financial processes
  • Have an analytical mindset and an eye for detail
  • Have good stakeholder management and communication skills
  • Thrive in a fast-paced environment and meet ambiguous situations with a willingness to tackle challenges
  • Are fluent in spoken and written English as it is the corporate language

About The Department Product Supply, Quality & IT (PS, Q & IT) is the largest organisational unit in Novo Nordisk with more than 25,000 employees globally across five continents. The area is responsible for the full supply chain of all Novo Nordisk products and the quality assurance of all Novo Nordisk activities. You will be part of the Business Finance team residing in the PS, Q & IT Finance department. The department consists of around 40 people from ~15 countries with diverse backgrounds. Located in our Bagsværd headquarters, the department acts as a centre of excellence in financial planning, production accounting, investments, and compliance for Novo Nordisk globally.
