Who will you be working with? The Global Information Security Advisory department is based in Digital, Data and IT (DD&IT) in Denmark. You will be part of a global information security community with colleagues located primarily in Denmark, USA, and India. Our team consists of leading experts in various areas ranging from network security, white hat hacking, cloud security, cryptography, security operations, due diligence & integrations, to manufacturing security, security risk management and governance.
Global Information Security Advisory is partnering with Line of Business across the value chain to build information security into the business processes. This is also done in collaboration with colleagues in other areas within DD&IT such as Enterprise Architects and Data Specialists. We engage to understand the direction and priorities to identify risks and manage these. You will be the dedicated Security Partner for the following areas: Global People & Organisation, Corporate Facilities and Quality. You will also represent Global Information Security in various forums such as Portfolio sync meetings.
About the role
As our new Senior Information Security Advisor, we expect you tick most of the following boxes:
Drive Information Security partner journey within People & Organisation, Corporate Facilities and Quality Identify focus areas, key priorities, stakeholders, and business owners Identify risks and business impact, define security deliverables, ensure buy-in and drive implementation Communicate plans, progress, impediments, and outcome When applicable, ensure alignment to current and future security initiatives such as cloud security, application security, classification & data protection, and supply chain security Contribute on developing of our security framework

Do you have what it takes? A Master’s degree in IT, data science, information security, or another relevant field A profound interest in the field of information security 5+ years of relevant experience in information security, consulting or a pharmaceutical organisation is preferred Demonstrated track record of setting up and managing complex projects and cross-organisational initiatives Proven ability to lead projects with multiple stakeholders Ability to solve complex problems independently by getting to the core and clearly communicating scenarios, impacts and recommendations to the decision-makers Strong communication and presentation skills Knowledge of GDPR is an advantage To be successful in this you need to have an outgoing personality, a strong personal drive, and go-get-them attitude. You need to be curious, and pragmatic while persistent to get delivered what you came for. It is also a requirement that the successful candidate can pass through a background check.
