The position As the Scientific Coordinator to support Injectable Products, you will join the Requirements and Complaints team in Manufacturing Development - Injectable Finished Products (ManDev IFP). The core of the job lays between a project manager and a coordinator. Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
  • Coordinating minor continuously recurring tasks and internal projects across IFP Manufacturing Development

  • Being the anchor in gathering the needed scientific information for fraud cases together with our Customer Complaint Centre

  • Leading the efforts in solving global cross site and local deviations

  • Performing day-to-day scientific tasks such as calculations in relation to transportation deviations or justification of products specification

    • A few travel days a year can be relevant Qualifications The ideal candidate for this role is someone who excels under pressure, demonstrating an ability to prioritize tasks without losing sight of the bigger picture. We are looking for a results-driven professional who can efficiently manage their workload, ensuring that both immediate priorities and long-term goals are successfully achieved. To succeed in this role, you have:
  • MSc or PhD Degree in chemistry, pharmacy or engineering coupled with courses or experience in project management or coordination

  • At least 5 years of experience within the pharmaceutical industry or other GMP regulated environment

  • An understanding on what can impacts product stability

  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills coupled with flexibility and adaptability

  • Professional proficiency in both English and Danish

You are someone who understands how to bring the right people to the table for the task at hand, you can take the lead of a larger group of experts and resolve the task in a way that focuses on the result, while also ensuring that any learnings are distributed correctly and implemented as needed. As the focus is coordination, systematic problem solving and project management you are a great facilitator who understands the value of empowering and clearing the path for the project team. Thus, you understand the importance of adjusting the way you communicate to fit the situation you are in and the stakeholders you are dealing with. About the department In Injectable Finished Products (IFP) we produce high-quality diabetes products fighting diabetes worldwide. You will be part of team Requirements and Complaints in the department Product and Data Support in the area Site Support and Improvements (SSI). The department includes of 4 teams: Stability team, Biophysics, Requirements and Complaints, and Statistics & Data Science. Team Requirements and Complaints consists of 7 lab technicians, 4 chemists and 2 specialists. In our area we have the expert knowledge of our injectable products which is needed to make data driven decisions to support our stakeholders in Novo Nordisk in accordance with GMP regulations.
