As our Communication Intern, you will gain practical experience with internal communication projects & awareness campaigns on a global outreach to ensure the high standard of ethics & compliance in Novo Nordisk. You will join BECO’s Strategic Operations and Advice team but will collaborate with Digital Compliance Operations and Data Ethics & Privacy Office teams. Depending on your competencies and fields of interest, you will be involved in additional tasks and projects in close collaboration with the teams. An internship at BECO is an opportunity to learn while doing. Your responsibilities are included but are not limited to: Participating in cross-functional projects with activities such as stakeholder & project management Developing training materials, presentations, communication, and launch plans Supporting communication tasks such as writing newsletters, videos, and other visual assets creation Practicalities: Internship period: 6 months (with the possibility of a 6-month extension) Working hours: 18-37 hours per week (with the flexibility within the exam period) Start date: April 2023 (Flexible) Location: Bagsværd, Denmark The internship is remunerated if your educational track allows for it Full-time Danish work permit is required Students must be enrolled at a university through the entire internship period. Both the internship period and working hours will be flexible to accommodate school projects/exams. Qualifications
You are a Student who is currently pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Communication, Corporate Communication, Business Communication, Marketing, Media and Journalism, Visual Communication, or equivalent with excellent results.
To succeed in this role, you need: Strong communication and savvy writing skills Fluency in both oral and written English Experience in Microsoft Office and SharePoint Fast learning and independent workload management skills Great video or other visual creation As a person, you communicate and sell your ideas effectively both in person and virtually, and you can work with various stakeholders across our global organisation. In addition, you are a high performer, proactive, internationally minded, and able to structure and cope with different tasks. About the department
The Business Ethics Compliance Office (BECO) is responsible for developing and implementing Novo Nordisk's global ethics and compliance strategy and compliance program. BECO focuses on areas such as Anti-Bribery & Corruption, Human Rights, Data Ethics & Privacy, among others. As part of the Finance & Compliance department, BECO plays a crucial role in ensuring ethical practices and compliance within our organisation.
