The Position
The department is growing, and we are thus looking for a new Associate Manager for our support/project organisation to supplement the current 3 highly qualified colleagues.
The tasks in this role will be:
As leader you will be an important player in ensuring planning, collaboration and communication between your employees, project management, Manufacturing Development, QA and the future operating organisation, which you eventually will be part of yourself – Stakeholder management, planning and prioritization will therefore be key elements of your daily job.
You will also be part of the department management group and assume responsibility for areas across the department such as planning, strategy, HR etc. together with the management group.
Your main task will however always be to be a good, engaged, involving and present leader for your employees with focus balancing short term needs with long term development of both the individual and the team.

You are familiar and confident with complex production processes.
As individual you are positive, corporative, action and solution orientated, and you work systematically, logically and proactive. You are robust and capable of handling a - from time to time - high and complex work-pace without losing oversight and motivation.
As a leader you see and respect the individual and naturally adapt your leadership style to the competences, experience, engagement and need of the individual employee from both a business and personal perspective.
About the Department
Biotech & Rare Diseases Aseptic Production Gentofte, Isolator Filing is responsible for aseptic filling & freeze drying of biopharmaceutical medical products within rare blood disorders, diabetes and obesity areas using isolator technology. In addition to production for the market, we also qualify and produces Novo Nordisk’s new protein based rare disease medicines for clinical trials.
The department, which employs approx. 130 colleagues, currently operates 1 isolator line producing freeze dried products for the market and is responsible for 2 projects installing additional isolator filling lines, and is characterized by highly engaged, professional colleagues and an open, respectful and involving atmosphere.
The department is based at two locations close to each other in the Gentofte area.

The Position
The department is growing, and we are thus looking for a new Associate Manager for our support/project organisation to supplement the current 3 highly qualified colleagues.
The tasks in this role will be:
- Heading up 1 out of 2 teams supporting implementation of our two new isolator filling lines, one currently installed at the site, the other under construction at the vendor.
- Together with your team and in close collaboration the project management, you will support qualification, validation and authority approval of the lines, and once approved, you will be responsible for ramp-up and production support.
- Lead a team of 15-20 experienced professionals and specialists with strong backgrounds within their individual fields.
As leader you will be an important player in ensuring planning, collaboration and communication between your employees, project management, Manufacturing Development, QA and the future operating organisation, which you eventually will be part of yourself – Stakeholder management, planning and prioritization will therefore be key elements of your daily job.

Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you have:
- An academical background in MSc/BSc within pharmacy, chemical/mechanical engineering, chemistry/biology or similar.
- Preferably with experience from the pharmaceutical or medical device industry or similar related areas with production of sterile medicinal products.
- Solid experience leading highly qualified professionals.
- Experience from GMP regulated areas.
- Strong communication skills both in spoken and written in English. Proficiency in Danish will be a plus but is not required.
