Digitalisation Transformation Lead for environmental data

If so, then you might be our new Digitalisation Transformation Lead working as part of the Data and Analytics team of Environmental and Social Sustainability (ESS) at Novo Nordisk. The position As the Digitalisation Transformation Lead, you will be responsible for securing digitalisation of key environmental data points to support our environmental reporting process and analyses projects. You will work closely with stakeholders across the organisation to identify and prioritise data points for digitalisation and you will lead the digitalisation projects of the prioritised data. The position is based in Greater Copenhagen, Denmark. As part of the Data and Analytics team, your main responsibilities will be to: Develop and implement a digital transformation strategy for environmental data. Engage with various stakeholders to obtain an overview of the environmental data landscape in the organisation and to identify and prioritise data points for digitalisation. Develop project plans for digitalisation initiatives, encompassing key information such as data scope, data retrieval processes, impact on existing workflows, identification of stakeholders, communication plans, timelines, risk assessments and cost estimates. Lead environmental digitalisation projects, overseeing the collection, integration, and management of prioritised data into our systems. Ensure that all digitalisation projects comply with regulatory requirements and IT security guidelines. Qualifications To succeed in this position, you must be passionate about data and digitalization and thrive in a high pace environment, where things are anything but a steady state and where little guidance may be available. The right candidate should have the following skills: Master’s degree in Business Administration, Data science, Information Technology or a related field. 3-5 years of experience in project management, with a proven track record of successfully delivering digital transformation projects. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and address complex issues. Familiar with cloud services, data analytics and visualisation tools such as Tableau or Power BI. Experience working with API connections and integrations is preferred, but not a prerequisite. As a person we are looking for someone who enjoys being part of a fast-paced team and at the same time can work independently and with a strong sense of responsibility and accountability. You are proactive and a team player who enjoys collaborating with other people in the organisation. The ideal candidate excels at building relationships across different functions and has a strong drive and a result-oriented mindset. About the department The ESS Data and Analytics team is part of the Environmental & Social Sustainability department and is anchored within the Product Supply, Quality and IT organisation of Novo Nordisk. The team has embarked on the journey of reducing the environmental footprint by using data and digital solutions to support decisions. The team is among other things responsible for the reporting of energy, water, waste and CO2 emissions from Production and Distribution as well as developing state-of-the-art solutions to support therein. The team consists of highly skilled data analysts and scientists as well as business analysts who drive data analysis, insights, and intelligence on the environmental sustainability agenda for our expanding production sites. The Team is currently consisting of 12 people in HQ Bagsværd and 3 colleagues in Bangalore, India. We work closely with stakeholders across Novo Nordisk to implement the Circular for Zero environmental strategy into Novo Nordisk production thus supporting our overall ambition to have zero environmental impact.
