P&O Business Partnering Director

This is a newly established leadership role where you will be both an active P&O Business Partner to a senior leadership team in a business area as well as become direct people leader for a group of talented P&O Business Partners. Furthermore, you will be responsible for driving key P&O initiatives across the EVP area Development. You will report to the VP, Head of P&O Development. In the leadership role , you will provide direction, coaching and sparring to the P&O Business Partners in your team whose members will cover different areas in Development. You will create an inclusive environment, drive team collaboration and prioritisation to ensure aligned and impactful P&O Business Partnering across. Furthermore, you will be part of setting the strategic P&O direction for Development in close collaboration with the Head of P&O. In the P&O Business Partner role, you act as a strategic sparring partner for a senior leadership team, and will be responsible for enabling the P&O strategy locally as well as driving the annual P&O wheel and relevant activities. This includes: Organisational development and effectiveness Strategic workforce planning Change management Talent management & development Culture and engagement Performance management Diversity & Inclusion Coaching and sparring with managers/leaders

To succeed in this role the following qualifications is an advantage:
Demonstrated people leadership skills and experience Passion for developing people and joint organisational practices Experience working in a large and global organisation Solid experience as an HR Business Partner A relevant academic degree in HR, Organisation, Business Psychology, Business Administration or similar. Strong stakeholder management skills and the ability to navigate effectively across the organisation Structured planner who is assertive, yet able to listen and set boundaries in a respectful manner Fluency in English, both written and spoken.
