The position

About the department
You will be part of Injectable Finished Products (IFP), and more specifically you will be part of the department AP Filling and Inspection. The department is located in Hillerød and responsible for operations, maintenance, validation and qualification of our two isolator filling lines and two inspection lines
The department is part of a new filling factory Injectable Finished Products (IFP) in Hillerød, which recently started producing Penfill to support our diabetics journey at Novo Nordisk. You will become part of a committed department consisting of operators, skilled workers and supporters, who all work closely together across professional boundaries together as one department. In the coming years the site will be delivering more products and for that we need your commitment and skills to optimize our production to be among the best in the world. We are a launch site for new products in Novo Nordisk! We will be tasked with the amazing challenge of being able to produce new products in our diabetes and obesity portfolio.

The position

As a technical writer you will be responsible for coordinating the process for updating existing and development of new standards and job instructions.
Your primary tasks will include:
- Draft, structure and finalize standard operating procedures, job instructions and related training material in a clear and easy to read language.
- Work and coordinate with supporters, operators and skilled workers to ensure that best practices are incorporated in the standards.
- Coordinate the process for update and development of standards when process improvements are identified and implemented.
- As the go to person on the development of standards you will play a key role in our efforts to continuously improve our processes and you will experience your work having a direct impact on the way we work. As you mature in the position you will become the natural point of entry for your key stakeholders when optimizing our processes.
- Overall, you identify and establish improvement opportunities in daily work, thereby deliver successful results of development and deployment of standards supporting our filling lines.
Qualifications
To be successful in the role we expect you to have:
- An academic degree in engineering, pharmacy, business or relevant education/experience within the field. Experience with identifying and establishing improvement opportunities in daily work is preferred.
- You have excellent communication skills and can work individually or in project teams.
- You work in a structured and systematic way and deliver results in accordance with agreed plans, deliverables, and scope.
- Fluency in Danish and ability to work and communicate in Danish with co-workers in daily production.
- As a person you are focused on results and shows the ability to prioritise multiple tasks.
- LEAN is a central part of our daily life, and we expect that you are passionate about process improvement.
