Apply today and join us for a life-changing career! The Position As a Manager you will be responsible for an IT Operations team, supporting our production facilities. The team is responsible for operating and participating in various IT-related tasks to ensure our production, compliance and future quality and regulatory requirements. The main leadership tasks will be to: Set direction and create structure. Train and coach the team. Build strong relations with leaders across our organisation. You will be a part of the management team but you should also have some technical understanding and LEAN mindset. Qualifications To succeed in this role, you have: An academical background in engineering, pharma, IT or similar. 2 years of leadership experience preferable from previous roles. Work experience within IT will be an advantage. Good communications skills in Danish and English. It would be considered an advantage if you have experience within a GMP-regulated industry. As a person, you possess a well-balanced personality, with strong leadership skills and the ability to set a clear direction for your team. You possess a strategic mindset, balancing quality, delivery, and cost, while setting ambitious goals for the team and challenging the status quo. You are a skilled communicator and collaborator, thriving on cooperation with stakeholders, challenging your colleagues to achieve the best results for the business; through your strong organizational skills, you inspire pride in your team to deliver excellent results. On a personal level, you contribute positively to our department and enjoy working with people from different professional backgrounds who are dedicated to meeting our common goals. About the Department Novo Nordisk’s Product Supply Active Pharmaceuticals Ingredients (API) organization is responsible for manufacturing insulin and GLP-I based products. You will be part of M2, one of the world’s largest Insulin API manufacturing facilities. We handle fermentation, recovery and purification of API.
