We are looking for an Associate Manager to the OFP Production, HRT Packaging and Warehouse, team Tech Service in Måløv with the ability to think bigger, cut complexity and be agile.
The position
As an Associate Manager, your main responsibilities are:
• coaching and leading your employees towards the “Factory of the Future”.
• driving performance towards World Class Maintenance.
• setting directions for a cultural change to support our strategy.
Production line performance is high on the agenda, so as LEAN tools are essential in our daily work. In our department we focus on continuous improvement regarding OEE, production output and systematic problem solving.
Our department is highly motivated, and this position offers you a unique opportunity to strengthen your leadership skills in an exciting environment together with your employees and colleagues. You will experience an enthusiastic working climate with focus on personal responsibility for quality, delivery, and each other.
You will join a strong management team, consists of 9 people, who supports and help each other to reach results for the business.
Qualifications
We expect you to have:
• Bachelors or Masters in Biotech’s, Engineering, or equivalent education with a high level of technical competencies.
• Preferably, you have several years of leadership experience.
• Strong innovative mindset and “out of the box” way of thinking.
• Good communication skills in Danish and English
As a leader, you have a high level people skills and analytical approach where decisions are driven by data. As part of your personality, you have a positive can-do attitude and are able to translate strategy into ambitious goals. You can prioritize and make bold decisions.
About the department
Our strategy is to be First Movers within New Technology to prepare our production lines for the future. We prioritize innovation and value creative thinking. We have a high level of digitalisation and automation in the area. We implement robots with the use of HoloLens. We use and create apps and digital solutions intensely.
You will be heading up a Technical Service team with 23 highly engaged technical skilled employees working in shifts. The total number of employees within the department is 105 who work in 5 teams.
